A god send for anyone who has back pain
I love this brace! It's a must have if you want to do lifting and have issues with back pain. This is the same brand and type of brace I received in the hospital after having back surgery. I purchased this in black so it would be less noticeable than the white one I already have. It provides fantastic support while I'm sitting and standing. I have so much less pain and soreness from wearing this brace since it minimizes my movement if I bend or twist.
