This TS-W261S4 subwoofer made by Pioneer is part of the new Champion series. This line of subwoofers includes Pioneer's brand new IMPP Composite Cone which provides the framework for powerful and accurate bass for your car's stereo system. It incldes a single piece basket that helps to reduce vibrations for crisp, clean sound. This subwoofer also includes ventilation holes to keep air flowing and lets heat out so your subs stay cool and do not fry. This TS-W261S4 10 Inch SVC subwoofer from Pioneer can handle power of up to 1,2000 watts max and 350 watts RMS. The frequency response on this subwoofer is and impressive 20Hz-125Hz with 93dB of sensitivity. This subwoofer has a single 4 ohm voice coil. Good pioneer subs at a unbeatable price.
I bough two of these along with a 2000 watt kenwood amp (amp puts out 1000 watts @ 2 ohms, I have the subs wired together for 2 ohm impendence) and after easing them for roughy a week, I turned the gain and bass boost up a bit and man, I half to say two of these together BANG! I have these in a sealed box that I believe is actually too small of an enclosure sitting behind the rear seats in my bronco, and with the top off it shakes the mirror like crazy. Can't wait to see what it's like with the top on ! I'm honestly surprised of how cheap these are going for.. pioneer is one of the best known brands and have been for many many years... they sure know what they are doing and these subs prove it. For under 50$ for a 10 inch sub of this quality and performance you really can't go wrong. I am 100% satisfied and have yet to blow one of these subs and I just about bang them hard every use... highly recommend pioneer and this exact product in specific
