this set is for preschoolers. which we knew when we purchased. my 11-year-old daughter wanted it for pretend play. The coffee cup fits perfectly in her hand the computer is plastic and keys are Velcro. her phone is wooden and the headphones set is meant for preschool aged heads. there's no readjusting. however my daughter loves it. she loves pretend playing so this was something she really wanted and plays with daily!

Great office pretend play
We received this toy for a review. It is the perfect toy for any little kid wanting to pretend to work. My 4 year old son played with if off and on for several hours the first few days having pretend meetings like mommy does. No sounds or lights so it is all imagination at work.
