I did not received the item I ordered on the promised home delivery schedule, causing me to miss out on $30 State tax exemption. I still don't have the item, don't know when it will arrive, don't have the ability as a customer to track my order accurately, couldn't get any help from my local store, and don't want to cancel this order and buy another from WM as the price has increased since I purchased the current item.
