What you need:2 tbsp. Sugar.4 tbsp. Butter or margarine, melted.1-1/ 2 cups Cold milk.1. Combine crust mix, sugar and butter. Press onto bottom and up side of pie plate.2. Beat filling mix and milk with mixer on low speed 30 sec., then on medium speed 3 min. (filling will be thick). Spoon over crust. Refrigerate 1 hour.3. Cut into 6 pieces. Refrigerate any leftovers.For best flavor, do not use prepared nonfat dry milk. Filling will have a soft set if made with non-dairy milk.Tips:Make Serving Easy: Dip pie plate, just to rim, in hot water 30 sec. for easier cutting and serving.To Make Dessert Bars: Prepare as directed, pressing crust into bottom of foil-lined 8-inch square pan.To Freeze: Wrap tightly; freeze up to 2 weeks. Thaw in refrigerator 1 hour. before serving.

It's nice to have in a crunch. The stuff is all there except for sugar butter and milk. In less than 10 -15 min done put in fridge to set then add cherry pie filling yummm. Also I've made this for our church festival and it's a hit .people ask for the cherry pie but it's cherry cheesecake, you won't be disappointed.:) It's quick easy can be made for any occasion. I have my mom's cherry torte it is excellent but this is a lot quicker.

Easy and Delicious, just don't compare it
This is super easy to make, seriously would be difficult to mess this one up! Easy to customize it however you like, use cookie crumbs instead of the graham cracker crumbs supplied. Swirl in some caramel or chocolate syrup before letting it set. Add toppings however you like. Just make it your own if you are trying to provide a quick dessert that will wow your guests or family. Don't compare it to the Cheesecake Factory or homemade cheesecakes, but it definitely does taste like a cheesecake! The price is reasonable and tastes better than some of the frozen ones. Admittedly, I haven't tried many of the frozen varieties but once I found this Jello No-Bake Cheesecake, with value pricing, I didn't think it would be worth testing more.
