Would not buy product again.
I really wanted to like this shoe and probably would have if not for the long sharp tongue that cut into my ankle. It is sewn funny and has a plastic label on top making it stiff. Saw this in other reviews but tried them anyway. Should have known better. Now I am hesitant to try another style. Oh well.

Disappointed in the change to this shoe
Bought these shoes because of toe problems and they worked great, no more pain. Ordered a second pair and could not figure out why they were causing pain until I measured them against the first pair and discovered that they were narrower. I see that you have cut down the width. WHY??? People buy these for a reason and that's because of the wide toe box. You can buy a good pair of running shoes anywhere. You know the old saying, if it ain't broke don't fix it. That wide toe box is part of your success. If you're going to change that, I'll have to look elsewhere. The very least you should do is offer the original footbed as an option, or offer it in wide.

Not impressed
My husband ordered these for me after I had been battling a bad flare up of plantar fasciitis. I've only worn them maybe 5 times because they make my foot hurt worse and even bought plantar fasciitis inserts for them to see if that would help any. I'm just really disappointed because they are pretty pricey only to not be able to wear them. This was my first time every buying this brand and I'll probably not buy again. Returned to my go-to Brooks.
