The generator that I bought is one of the best items that I have ever bought online. It arrived and I immediately assembled what needed to be assembled and it started immediately. I had a problem with the remote start and called customer service and received help immediately. After a little discussion and guidance I got the remote to start and the generator has been doing its job ever since. I would recommend Firman Power Equipment to any one looking for excellent equipment and service.

I am more than satisfied with this product. From the moment I opened the carton, I was impressed with the build quality and ease of set up. Even the manual is great. After gas and oil, it started immediately. I have done a test run for several hours powering the whole house and found that the voltage regulation was great, even when the well pump kicked in while the furnace was running, something my old 4200 watt unit struggled with. The remote start is a great feature because once the "run" switch is turned on, even the choke function seems to be automatic, something not mentioned in the manual. The multi-feature display is a nice feature too because you can monitor voltage and hertz, as well as total run time. All in all, I think this generator is a great value for it's price and I would recommend it to anyone.
