Customer service skills need work!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They were given specific instructions to rotate the rear tires to the front and put two new tires on the rear. they took off my fairly new rear tires left my worn tires on the front ant put the newly purchased tires on the rear. After several minutes of arguing with the manager, the problem was eventually corrected.
