Find Your Happy Place A Great Night Sleep Body Mi
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had insomnia for most of my life. I do take magnesium to help me sleep, but it doesn't always do the trick. I've tried many of these sleep sprays and none have actually worked. I've used this several times and have quickly fallen asleep. I'm not sure what the magic ingredient in the Find Your Happy Place A Great Night Sleep Body Mist, but it's worthing trying!
