I can attest that scarcity drives demand. I bought 3 pair of these Fila jogging pants from a big box store several years ago. They are my go-to staple while knocking around the house and I literally lived in them during Covid. Sadly, they are wearing out. I was delighted to find a few still available through resellers and have purchased 6 new pair. They are mid-weight and very well-made in Cambodia. They are 80% cotton and 20% polyester. I greatly prefer a cotton blend, which is increasingly difficult to find, because it doesn't pill. I am 5' 6" 130%23 and prefer my joggers to be roomy, so I purchased size large.
