Fiber, nutrition, and great value
My doctor want's me to get at least 24 grams of fiber daily. One of these gets me a third of the way there for not too many calories and provides a nice snack when hunger strikes between meals. I keep some in my car and great when you can't stop for something to eat and it's healthful. Did I mention they were tasty too. Sam's Club gives great value on these too, about 2/3 the cost of what you'd pay in a super market.
