BUTTER, definitely the best
well it's not crunchy and it's not really a snack it's BUTTER! be aware that butter is much better than margarine or any sort of seed oil because they extract the oil out of the seeds with solvent which cannot be completely eliminated. go back 100 years and eat that kind of food, good food good for you, had my first colonoscopy at 68 years old, not one polyp.

Healthy Cereal
This cereal is top rated for fiber and nutrition. The bad guys don't live in this one. Low calories and lowest added sugar of top-rated fiber cereals. It will help not just in longevity but day to day living healthy. I eat mixed with banana, walnuts, blueberries and peach slices. It's delicious.

The perfect way to start my day
For the past 70 years I've started my day with a bowl of breakfast cereal. When I was a child it was cornflakes sprinkled with sugar and just enough milk to make it a crunchy morning treat . As an adult I've looked for something a little more sophisticated - that I don't have to add sugar to but is still sweet and crunchy to eat. I'm also looking for something with lots of fiber to keep me regular. I've tried several bran breakfast cereals but most are bland or powdery or have an unpleasant taste. Not so Fiber One. It's just right as far in every respect. I've been buying it for years and experienced severe withdrawal symptoms when there was a supply shortage during the COVID crisis!
