one of grandkids pediatricians recommended this for them She doesnt mind taking it and it has helped her as her stomach problem was related to not enough fiber. however she doesnt like to take the lemon flavor. this was a fairlybcheap alternative compared to the multiple dr visits she had been to because of stomach
