I heard about this movie on TV but wasn't sure what to expect. I really enjoyed it, was informational, entertaining and very moving. Partially about nutrition and our health and partially about "paying it forward". I've been telling friends and co-workers about it since watching it!

This movie is very inspiring and is a testimonial to the things we can accomplish once we set our minds to it. I believe juicing for 60 days would be difficult but the results the two men in this movie was able to acquire was nothing more than astonishing. Even if I cannot go to total juicing, it inspires me to change my lifestyle in an attempt to feel more energetic and to be able to get off medications for high blood pressure. As a pre-diabetic, I would like to stay off that medication. This gives me inspiration to set myself to higher standards.
