Falken Ziex ZE950 A/S UHP All Season 195/55R15 85V Passenger Tire

So, I got the complete set for my car and I would say it's a good buy for the price and performance so far, but the only issue I had was that one of the tired bursted less than 24hours of using it on the highway, I called the company to complain and see if that could be replaced because I felt it that one would have been defective, if not I don't see any reason why it should burst but to my surprise the representative that I spoke with on the phone said it's not possible since I didn't purchase the insurance with it and some bullshit, which means the warranty is useless, because I had warranty on the tires, so why bring up insurance. Honestly, other than that issue, the tires have performed wonderfully well so far. As a matter of fact, I've never used any tire this good. One bad tire out of 4 tires purchased, I'd say it's a good one. But I'd appreciate it if they could replace the one that's bad.
