I was so excited to get this for my grandchild and I knew she would love it. It's the coolest thing ever! The instructions were kinda confusing so it took a little longer. A little time consuming but when it was all done…it was soooo worth it!!! There is a button that you push to turn it on. Several options…%231 wings fluttering lights on with repeat music %232 music off with wings fluttering and lights %233 press again and it turns it off. Music was a little loud but it's fun. No option to turn it down but it's not a deal breaker. The straps are adjustable so it fits my soon to be 6 year old grand daughter. The box is a little heavy so it was weighing it down a bit so I think we are gonna tie another strap across it to hold it tighter. It takes 4 AA batteries. Overall I give it a full 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!
