Plastic piece inside broke- like some other folks
We have had this for a little over a year, great little unit, beautiful, but the internal little plastic piece broke off all of a sudden as many other here reported. If we could get the little plastic pipe inside that would do. The shower head is like new.

Broken showerstick threaded base
I have TWO Gerber D465006BS Hand Showersticks and both have broken at the same place stated by all other customers - at the plastic threaded joint between the base of the Showerstick and the hose it attaches to. Hence, my handheld unit has been unusable. I would like to hear what Gerber has done to change the design of this Showerstick/Hose attachement to eliminate this issue. I would appreciate it if Gerber can ship me 2 Showersticks with the attached hoses so I can use them again. I am happy to sedn the defective one's back.
