I received an error code on my clothes washer E01 F06. I watched a video and they said that this controller blew because some water particulates got stuck in the intake screen and caused the fault. Sure enough, i checked the intake screens, and the cold one had some junk in the filter. i cleaned the filter and ordered this controller. it was easy to install. Just 3 wires had to be transferred to the new controller. simple.

Thanks to YouTube, I was able to immediately diagnose the issues related to code F06 E02 for my Maytag front-loading washer. I googled the motor control part number and found it on Walmart website at a very good price with a great return policy (in case of new part not working out that I can return for a full refund). Part from Walmart arrived 5 days later. It just took me only 10 - 15 minutes to replace and, then, the machine works like a champ! If your Maytag machine shows such a code, this part is what you really need. Also, to avoid future problems with this issue, make sure to clean the filters in the water inlets (at the hose connections on the back of the machine) and the drain filter at the lower left in front of the machine (where the front panel needs to be slightly removed). I am quite happy and feel very satisfied with the whole dilemma!
