It didn't help in removing the caulking that well as I still needed other tools such as knife to help with removing the dry water resistant silicone caulk and so it's too expensive for the quality of this product.

This is a product for application of caulk. To remove previous dried caulk, we do recommend a knife or blade that can help cut and scrape to remove the existing caulk.
