Excellent!
I've been using these since the month before I got pregnant. My baby is now 17 months old. She still breastfeeds and I feel content knowing they are supporting us both. I've also not been ill at all during the entire time taking them so I feel they are helping there too. Strongly recommend.

It contains all vitamins and minerals that you need for your pregnancy and beyond. The proportions of ingredients are perfectly balanced. It's also gentle on the stomach. Bluebonnet is a trustful brand in general. Thanks to iherb for the small price!

Easily digestable
This is the only prenatal I have found so far that doesn't cause me to vomit when I am expecting. I wound up not taking a prenatal for my first four pregnancies because I couldn't tolerate it, but I was happy to be able to take it for the fifth, and now postpartum. Based on some new research, I might have to start supplementing with other vitamins in order to increase the effect on a daily basis. Very good quality and I am happy with my purchase.
