Reese 30047 16K Select Series Fifth Wheel Hitch

This was the worst ever trying to get a complete order, the first time I received only half the order, then they sent a replacement order and major parts are missing so we wait days for someone to let us know if we can get the parts no response so I call Spreetail back and the girl says we are waiting for the manufacturer to get back with us. So I'm angry by this time we have bought a camper and can't move it because of poor management. So we have to pay a great deal of money out of pocket to have said 5th wheel camper towed home. Someone I told the girl I wanted my money back and she sent labels for me to send back the parts we received, so we shipped them fed ex , went way out of our way to do this and then 2 days later I get an email saying my order replacement has shipped. I'm furious by now. Clearly I will never order from here again there is such bad communication and lack of a full order. At this point I want my money back because we have had to make other arrangements because of negalance.
