Moen 7594BL Matte black one-handle pulldown kitchen faucet

I purchased the Arbor faucet about 3 years ago. After a couple years, the round cap at the lever (now redesigned) started popping off and I would have to re-attach it. After some time I couldn't reconnect the cap. I contacted Moen directly to address the issue. They responded to my concern immediately and offered to over-night replacement parts. Knowing that the faucet had been redesigned since I purchased mine (specifically the cap design was now one solid metal piece) I asked that they just send me a replacement faucet. The next day a brand new faucet was delivered to my door step. Sometimes you have an issue with any kind of product or service from any company. What sets a good company apart from a GREAT company is how they handle an issue when it comes up. I highly recommend Moen and their products. They deserve recognition to how they promptly handle any issues that may arise. They stand behind their statement of "Buy it for looks. Buy it for life."

As an architect, I was interested in style, water conservation and ergonomic ease in operation. Installed by a licensed plumber in a totally remodelled kitchen nearly 2 years ago it still looks new, retains its timeless, sleek sculptural appearance and functions effectively well. My wife likes the mounting height, able to fill pasta pots easily, switch to veggie washing; and the pause feature for watering potted plants... and the weight is properly placed. The 1.5 gpm flow provides adequate pressure for pre-rinse and soap rinsing functions.
