This gas range was not my choice because it came with the new home we bought. I was skeptical because I had not had a gas range, only a whirlpool electric range for 15 years. I so wanted to exchange it but I decided to give it a chance. I've had this gas range for about 6 weeks and, I really like it. I don't think I will go back to an electric range. I've cooked and baked every day and I like that the oven bakes so evenly and the temp is just perfect. Thanks Whirlpool for another great appliance.

Solid Gas Stove

The only con of this stove is the oven is a little noisey when the heat kicks on and off. But it bakes and cooks well. The stove is easy to clean. I like how the two grilles hook together. You do have to turn your pans so the handles face sideways (especially small ones) or they wont sit level.
