I purchased this for a 3 year old and a 4 tear old, they love it! its the best thing for them to play together with each other and friends. I would have given it 5 stars all the way across but we had to do a few changes to close up the gaps and keep the sand dry, the only other change was to add extra supports to the top cover to keep it from letting rain water pool on the top.

some part were not marked right and i had to barrow a saw to cut slats and some of the holes were not pre drilled had to go back and barrow a drill. instructions could have been a little more easier to read had to do a lot of guess work. but once none , My granddaughter loved it.
