This stuff works! I have had a hard time getting enough air through my nostrils for decades. This is the only nasal spray that works every time and lasts up to 10 hours! Other nasal sprays promote addiction-- it becomes impossible to breathe without them. Not Sinex. It opens my sinuses and keeps them open for hours, making it much easier to sleep at night. It remains my go-to relief.
