Perfect for 1.5 acre homeowner

Needed a sprayer to spread herbicide on an acre and a half. Didn't want to deal with pulling a sprayer so this ended up being a great option. I tested it a few times with water to ensure I got everything water-tight, and I did have to adjust some fittings but that wasn't unexpected. Used some teflon tape on the main connection from the tank to the pump. Worked flawlessly. The bottom bit of the tank won't be able to be sprayed so I poured what was left into a 1 gal hand pump sprayer and finished it off using that. Make sure to be diligent about cleaning it after every use, use some kind of tank cleaner, and have a spot where you can safely dispose of the water run off. I also would strongly recommend storing it indoors and if you live in a cold-weather climate for winters, make sure to run RV antifreeze through it to preserve it through the cold temps.

Awesome sprayer for the price, I was able to get it on sale in September 2024 for $220. I made a bracket for it to fit on the back of my garden tractor, which keeps the tank and boom as close to the tractor as possible. The included power cable with inline switch works great to turn sprayer on/off for perfect coverage when turning around or backing into corners. Pressure is adequate for boom nozzles and wand, and boom has good coverage. Perfect unit for the couple times a year I'll need it, and easy to winterize and store.
