Drank this almost everyday in my 3rd trimester during my pregnancy and loved it! I personally think it is best cold so I would boil 4-6cups of water at a time and put two or three tea bags in the water to steep for about 5-10mins then I’d add one or two tablespoons spoons of raw sugar and stir until dissolved, put it in a glass jar and stick it in the fridge and drink once chilled. My only complaint is that the teabags don’t have a string on them so you have to use a spoon or your hand to get them out of the water.
