They changed the formula, it's not the same. It WAS the only thing that worked for me, but now I might as well just buy Suave shampoo, it does the same job. I have highly processed hair. When wet, it feels like matted straw. The old formula transformed it instantly from straw to silk. It smelled great and worked exceptionally well, it was worth every penny. But it has changed in every way. It is no longer thick, I think they've watered it down. Both the shampoo and conditioner have the same problems; they don't work. I used to love this stuff. No more. - Sad Face -
