The LMS attic ladder is a folding metal attic ladder, supplied with an insulated MDF wooden door. The door is beige on the inside and outside. Allowed maximum load of the metal ladder is 350 lbs (according to ANSI). The 1 3/8 in. thick, heat-insulating wooden door significantly reduces heat loss. A peripheral seal positioned in the milled part of the box provides a first-class tightness. The ladder's segment folding system and possibility to lock the door in fully open position ensure an ease of operating.
Features- The double hinges' joints and stringer's profile plugging guarantee high ladder's durability.

Great Attic Ladder!
I've owned this ladder for a little over 2 years now and am completely satisfied with it. One of the rubber feet was damaged when I received the ladder, so I called Fakro and they sent me two new ones free of charge...fit like a glove. I can honesty say this is the nicest attic ladder I have every owned, and I've owned the other two major brands. I'm so pleased that Fakro has stayed with the tension spring set-up and resisted going to less expensive lift systems that don't work so well in cold weather. Buy this Ladder and you won't be disappointed.
