This set would cost so much more if it were a more famous brand; it would easily be over $100 but I couldn't tell any difference at all in the quality. I wanted a great gift for my 7 year old niece who is always playing supermarket, and this set does not disappoint! She plays with it all the time! With 1195 pieces, it has an endless array of options to keep your child's imagination engaged. As an educator, I am always searching for great play items that involve active play instead of screen time, and for a very reasonable price, this is it! When you take the cover off, you can use it as a base as well, and my sister loves the fact that it comes with a cute storage bucket to make clean up super easy. It has tiny little animals with it and that is my niece's favorite part so far. I highly recommend this as a gift for the soon-approaching holiday season, and now it is on sale which makes it even better! My personal opinion is anytime you can provide a quality gift that makes a child think and work with their hands to figure things out, you have a winner!!

Great building blocks! Very cute and good quality. The inside of the lid can be used as a base for building, which is a pretty neat idea. My daughter had a great time with this set.
