My first scooter

I've found when up and operating, it really goes. But because the front wheel being the only driving wheel, it's easy to get it stuck in uneven grass. My likes: They say it can go up to twelve miles per hour. I've tried it and found that I wouldn't want to go much faster. It folds up, and if you have someone who could lift 55 lbs. it will fit nicely in the back of the car. (I'm limited to 25 lbs.) It has a luggage rack that you can pull out and carry stuff. The brake has a locking lever on it so that it won't roll. It has a switch to limit it to around five miles per hour. It also has a carrying case. (Now I have to find somewhere in my crowded house to store it. I have no idea why they included it.) My dislikes: When I got it, I found that the lever to unfold the seat was not set properly and I have quite a time with it to get it to unfold. The instruction book was written for someone who developed the scooter in the first place. It will take you several phone calls to find out how to work the scooter. The seat back is nothing more that a straight bar (no padding) and it hurts my back if I lean back on it. The speed control turns the opposite way it should and can become confusing, and also, could be a little longer in order to have better control. When I mentioned the the seat would not unlock, they promised to send me a replacement scooter. Weeks later, I have seen no sign of it.
