Awful experience trying to buy this item
Item was sent without any packing material, in a thin cardboard box that got destroyed in shipping. Item is unusable so I had to return and order a replacement. The replacement they sent me is completely the wrong color. So now I have to go back to FedEx and return another one. They can't send me another replacement, so I will be ordering from another store. An incredible inconvenience, and I still don't have my stroller canopy weeks later. Awful.
