Best kettle we've ever owned.
We've been using this kettle several times a day for a few months now and we really like it. It's got a nice heavy duty feeling to it, constructed well, and works great, quickly heats up water, it's everything a kettle should be. If there were anything to change about it, I'd suggest more weight to the electric component it sits on. I'd buy the product again, and I would recommend it to anyone, especially if they are a frequent kettle user. It's the best kettle we've ever owned, and that's saying a lot.

Perfect for heating water
This Evoloop 1.7L Electric Kettle is perfect for my needs. It's nice looking (I have the green, which is very retro), it heats water very fast, and I love the automatic shut off. The water comes out boiling hot. After letting it air dry for a couple of minutes, the kettle stores well. The one thing I don't care for is that the water level window is behind the handle, making it difficult to see. But this is a minor inconvenience. I've seen that other reviewers say this is loud when it is heating water. Yes, it is. But this lasts for maybe a minute or two. Then it's done. And it is less irritating than a whistling tea kettle on a stove.
