Good customer service but not-so-good packaging

1st box came and wasn't cushioned appropriately. Had a good sized gash in the corner. Customer service reset a new one after I reordered but it too had a small scratch. I just kept it because we needed a mirror badly. It is pretty bit boxes come all beat up so more cushion is need especially for a mirror. Having said that, the scratch had to have been done prepackaging give how it was packaged so maybe better quality control.
