I contacted Every Man Jack via e-mail and let them know about the mishap. Without question or e-mail reply back, I received the beard butter 2 days later free of charge. No need to send the balm back to them either. So, now I am using 2 of their amazing products. The natural hemp balm is equally amazing. I have tried many, and this is the best beard balm I have used. Great consistency, long lasting, great scent. I shower at night, so I use this balm in the morning and the butter before bed. Keeps my beard soft and smelling great.
