I bought this battery because the oil tech that works for Walmart killed my old battery. I brought my car in for an oil change and ended up with a dead battery cuz he left my lights switch on. My car has auto lights so there was NO REASON FOR IT TO BE ON. Then they gonna debate and say my battery was old. But prior to coming there, I never had an issue with my car starting. And the sad part about the whole situation is that I'm an employee there. The last time i brought my car in for an oil change. The didn't put my oil stick back in the car and i found it riding on my hood by window. They just hire anybody and dont train them probably. I will NOT EVER TAKE MY CAR BACK FOR REPAIRS AT STORE %23628.. The stars is for THE BATTERY NOT THE SERVICE. I DIDN'T EVEN GET AN APOLOGY. SO IF THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT ME AND I WORK THERE. I CAN ONLY IMAGINE WHAT HAPPENS WITH THE REGULAR CUSTOMERS.

Return my car battery core fee please

I chatted with a Walmart rep about a week ago and was told that I would receive an email in response to my not being able to get my battery core refund at the local store. Now I'm having to waste more time writing again. I returned my core and would like my core refund please. Let's not make a mountain out of a mole hill. Reimburse my credit card for the core fee and let's move along please.

Battery purchases placed on dotcom (delivery and curbside) will have core fee refunded with a gift card once battery cores are returned to the store. The store can start the return in the returns tab, use the non-receipted returns flow, and scan (if available) or enter the upc: 19434621915. It would be recommended to return cores from online purchases at a store with an Auto Center, as they are more familiar with the core return process.
