AGM Battery i-eloop compatible
My Mazda 6 requires an i-eloop battery. Regular batteries will work, but you'll have a battery malfunction error. The dealership charges $500 before taxes and i didn't want to spend that much, if i could find something comparable. I've read several Mazda forums and they said any size 35 AGM battery will do. The battery malfunction will appear initially. However, it'll clear automatically after a couple short trips. I've had it installed for 4 days and no error codes (once the initial one cleared on its own). The one touch auto open/close window button functions like normal. Definitely recommend getting the boxed battery because you won't have to pay the battery core deposit. Even though it's refundable, I didn't want to deal with the hassle. Not bad for <$200 vs $500 .

Never ordered a battery online before and was a bit worried about the condition it would be in when it got to me. I pictured a sticker with my address on it, stuck to the side of the battery. I was so glad to receive the battery in a super solid box with the thickest Styrofoam inserts imaginable, cradling the battery perfectly. Will definitely not be worrying about ordering a battery online again (at least an Everstart battery from Walmart). Ordered in early January '25 and got a December of '24 battery!
