Easy pick up. Then I went to automotive with old battery to get refunded for the returned core. For whatever reason the computer didn't show that I had paid for the core charge. Automotive couldn't figure it out, neither customer service. The receipt I had printed showed the charge for the core, and the price I had paid. I finally took a store credit. I would say there's a glich in the system. Also going online to find a battery leads you to think the "online price" is less than that in the store. Not so. Had I known that I would have gone to the store with my old battery and would not have had the problem with the core refund.

Purchased on line and picked up at my local store two hours later. Brought the core( old battery) in with me and received a rebate on my new battery. Brought it home, installed it in 5 minutes, turned the key and my car started immediately. The battery is an AGM just as my car requires. It exceeded the manufacturer’s specifications for power and has a 4 year free replacement. Very happy with Walmart. It’s been cold, -10 today. The battery doesn’t hesitate at all.

Service. The Service, Exceeded my expectations.

I picked up my car from the auto dealership early.That day and came to your Store in grand prairie to pick up a Battery I purchased pulled in and turned my vehicle off. I went inside and was hit by the very nice. Young man at the counter and as I went back outside. My vehicle would not start again. Because the battery was so weak that I lost pretty much. My place where I was standing in line and several other vehicles had pulled up in front of me at this point. But your manager Johnny was kind enough and courteous enough to come outside. Leave what he was doing and change out my battery for me. I have a foreign car and the battery's in the trunk so it was kind of difficult to get to but he did an excellent job and I really do appreciate him. Thank you.
