My 5-star rating is for the exceptional customer service received. However, as shown in my screenshot, I received a 'used' product. I checked to see if I received the correct item upon picking it up, but didn't look closely at the item. Only when I went to open the package I noticed someone else had already cut a hole in the top to retrieve its contents. Then return the item to the store for a refund, hoping the return desk customer service agent wouldn't notice. ("Apparently not, as I was given a damaged item.) That's the problem with ordering online for pickup. The selecting employee grabs the first items they see on the shelf. I "NEVER" do that, because the first item on the shelf is "Always" a return. I only grab the second or third item back. Also, the online order pickup parking spots were full of unoccupied cars. Apparently, the 'Commoners' of Northampton, MA, are undoubtedly stupid and can't read signs that clearly say the spots are for online order pickup only. Duh!
