Sports Research® Evening Primrose Supplement from Cold Pressed Oil - Softgels for Women’s Health (120 Liquid Softgels)

This was recommended to me (48 yrs old) by my female doctor because I was having severe menstrual cramps along with headaches each month. I found them in Walmart but they were only 1000 mg. With a little internet searching I found these in a 1300 mg pill on Amazon. I relunctantly tried them and have seen about an 80% - 85% improvement! I also take a dry-eye oil supplement and when I first added this to my current medications, my face started to break out. So I experimented by taking half the dose (one capsule of each instead of two capsules of each) and it's working great! I have been on this combination for almost two years and it has relieved my cramps and headaches so that I rarely think about (or complain) that problem anymore. The capsules are relatively inexpensive and even though they are of giant size, I can actually swallow them easily. They are a soft gel of high quality and do not have an odor at all.
