I've never owned a waterless diffuser like this before. I've only ever used reed diffusers or plug in types. This is actually pretty awesome. It comes fully assembled, and other than inserting the included canister of scented oil %26 charging it, it's ready to use. I charged it about 7 hours before trying it out, just to be sure it had enough power. You can use it with the usb cord plugged in, or you can unplug it completely and then recharge as needed. That's a nice feature that allows for versatility in where you want to place it. On the front side, there's a power button that's also used to control the frequency of the scent release from 1-3, and a timer button to choose how many hours of run time you want. It also displays the battery level. On the back side, there's a button to control the LED lights. You can have them on for a colorful display, or leave them off (when off, it looks like a mirror strip). There's also a Bluetooth button. However, when I tried pairing it, I received the message that the app associated with this diffuser isn't available in my country. That really wasn't a problem for me because I don't find it necessary to use my phone to control it. There's an empty canister (holds up to 100ml) included that you can use with any oils of your choosing. I'll likely go that route most times for variety. The included scent oil smells really nice—a little citrusy and clean. The aroma throws really well, covering a lot of space, but remaining light, not thick or heavy. I can't wait to try out some other oil scents!
