Happy with this little guy

It's small and this is best for my small countertop. It heats fast. Do grind your beans extra fine and press hard for the best crema. I wanted to stop using sweeteners in my coffee even if it was erythritol or allulose and this has been the solution. The water tank is so easy to fill. There was definitely a learning curve but a former barista shared the really pressing hard tip. I don't do any fancy design in the foam, in fact, I like to mix the foam and coffee well- Iove the coffee flavored foam. Sometimes I have to wait 2-3 seconds for the steamer to kick in. I did purchase one of those small metal pitchers for the depth and the hold. I eyeball about 2/3 of the way to pour spout indentation of whole milk. You can use cream just add a little water. The machine comes with a tamper/spoon combo. I use the tamper but the spoon is a tablespoon and I found I don't need that much coffee grounds. I now use a heaping teaspoon of grounds. I use a long handled spoon laid across the top of a smallish Rubbermaid like container for my knock block to knock out the used grounds. I am actually quite happy with this purchase and recommend it to the newbie espresso or the counter space challenged. Sorry for the length of this review. Wanted to give you a good idea of what you're getting.
