Directions are clear; follow them and you'll have a pretty orchid. Orchids just need special food, do t use general plant food. Makes leaves and flowers gorgeous. It's slightly spendy to me, but not as far as orchid food goes. Little odd smell, wear gloves when use per instructions. Flower to the people!!

The only thing that I do not like is the smell...it is pretty strong and not pleasant, but it doesn't linger for too long...
