"Bivy is exactly as described, and quality is much better than those cheap mylar bags that rip from light ****. However, I can tell the bag likely will only ""survive outdoors longer"" with a closed cell foam pad underneath and a conscious effort to be careful with it while sleeping."

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like to be prepared when the weather gets colder because you never know when something might happen. The SOL Escape Bivvy is going to be a great addition to my kit. It is heat reflective, breathable, durable, waterproof and comfortable. It is not bulky, so it doesn't take up a lot of room in my container. It has a drawstring so you can tighten the head area so that it molds around your head, covering almost your entire body. It was easy to roll back up and put back into it's spot, so that's a huge plus! I always have a hard time rolling things back into the original form!

Just what I needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great product and works great as promised. I travel around the US for work and it has me sleeping in my Van most of the time, during the colder weather I was looking for something that would keep me warm and cozy. This is great, already used it and it kept me warm all night
