The KBS-29BLK Left Handed Keyboard would be a superb purchase at 3x the purchase price; that it is so inexpensive makes it the bargain of the year. For years I have suffered from right shoulder strain due to mousing, with the mouse forced 3-4 inches to the right thanks to the width of the number pad on a traditional keyboard. 3 or 4 inches doesn't sound like much, but it forces over-extension of the right arm, straining the shoulder. As a professional web developer, I am on the computer 8 to 10 hours or more a day, so this adds up. As a matter of fact, I even do 30% of my mousing with my left hand, but it's still too much on the right. I think the name is wrong: this should be the right handed keyboard, as I think left handed users would benefit from the opposite (traditional) keyboard layout. The product quality is very high, and the keyboard further enhances ergonomics with the shape of the keys which makes typing that much easier. I highly recommend this product to anyone seeking a solution--or at least an improvement--to mousing shoulder pain.

This keyboard is awesome! As a right-handed person, I hold the mouse with my right hand. Why then, do most keyboards also put the 10-key on the right side? I noticed I had been typing with my hands skewed to my left. The keyboard was centered with my body, but NOT THE SPACEBAR. Now with this left-handed keyboard, I've got 10-key on the left, mouse on the right, and the spacebar centered in the middle. This has improved my posture and eliminated not only wrist and shoulder, but neck strain as well. It only took a few days to get used to the new positions. I am buying 2 more of these so I have the same keyboard at home as I do for work. Oh, and for you gamers out there, you will love having the 10-key on the left. PWN those dragons. I wish the page up/down and arrow keys were also towards the left, but hey, you cannot have everything. This same company makes a full size lefty keyboard that does just that, but it's 5X the price and loud as heck.
