I like this

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I believe this is an excellent addition to my climbing gear. I feel more confident in using particular tools because I won't be dropping them 40-60 feet on top of someone. Item looks well made. I have to hook the carabineer to my harness because it's light and springy. But that's a non issue.

No Added Burden

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little lanyard adds nearly no weight to your load while carrying out its duties. The coil construction helps it stay as small in profile as possible, keeping it out of the way as much as possible. My only gripe with this model is the material's natural desire to return to its original shape, which makes it hard to tighten the choke hitch made with the loop end. From a rigging perspective, when I fasten a choke hitch to something, I want it to stay cinched up, not open back up. It's just a personal peeve, and certainly doesn't change the effectiveness or quality of this product. It just means that it isn't my favorite one available.
