Great hard hat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this hard hat for about a month now, and I've forgotten about any other hard hat I've owned. Love the how smooth it switches between sizes, whether you have a beanie and a hood on or just a bandana, this hard hat stays tight. I especially like that it locks in to the size you want, unlike other hard hats that just dial to your size and you get caught in between sizes or the dial fails. Love the venting and the full brim. My only minor complaint is the straps on the inside could be a bit longer so the hard hat sat down on your head for deeper for a lower profile. Other than that great hard hat!
