Wrist helper

Light weight with just enough support for my carpal tunnel without being bulky or cumbersome.

Perfect if you work on a computer

This wrist brace is has been a life saver. I work on a computer 8 hours a day and ocasionally my right wrist hurts from repetitive motion. It's perfect if you are working with a mouse because it does not limit upward movement, which I tend to do a lot when moving a mouse. It has a hard protective piece on the bottom but it has a thoughtful hole where it touches the medial nerve, so I feel very little pressure.

Just Purchased My Second Pair

I first bought ProFlex Lightweight Wrist Supports somewhere around 6 years ago. I have bi-lateral carpal tunnel and tendinitis and I work at my computer 9+ hours per day, mostly using the keyboard. Over the years, I have tried many different brands and styles of wrists supports but they all either restricted my typing or didn't provide enough support for my wrists. These supports are perfect for me because they support my wrists without getting in the way when I type. I still use the original pair I bought, but I bought a second pair to keep one at home and one in the office. I highly recommend them.
