Working out in the fields you get to know how important it is to stay hydrated. When the sun is glaring and the temperatures high you can quickly become dehydrated. I found this hydration pack quite useful for grabbing a quick sip here and there as I am working. Follow the instructions on quickly cleaning it before your first use or you may get a plasticky taste like I did. After I cleaned it the water tasted clean and I was good to go. I would give it a full five stars if you were able to put hot liquids inside. I love to drink sweet tea and would not put my hot tea into there straight away. I have put some lukewarm tea in there and was a happy camper. Remember to wash it out well with soap if you put anything besides water in there. And even if you just put water you should still clean it out every once in a while. To dry it out I take the little bladder out and hang it to dry with the lid open.
