95 And Dry!
I take care of my 95-year-old mother and use the overnight pads inside her pull-ups, so we pull these out and don't have to keep removing her pull-ups. Convenient when she wears long pants and probably saves us a few cents as the pull-ups cost more. But we started using them not to save money but to keep her dry without having to undress her. If using them in this way, only attach about an inch of the adhesive to the front of the pull-up so you can pull them out without destroying the panty.

I had ordered these pads when Walmart first started making them. The only thing I do not like about it and which is a big thing to me, is that they are too narrow in the crotch and consequently, they overflow very easily. I am not able to use them at night. I will use them during the day, but I probably won't purchase them again.
